CHAUSSEE 36

The Past

Built in 1886 and located in the very heart of the city, CHAUSSEE 36 is a former Prussian officer’s residence and has been fully restored and imbued with the changing dynamic of Berlin.

The Present

We are devoted to creating multicultural bridges between varied activities, as it shows in our micro community:
CHAUSSEE 36 covers 4 floors, including event spaces, apartments, offices, a photo foundation, a pilates studio, a publishing house, a photography lab, a thriving café, and several shooting locations.

Each part of our Creative House has been redesigned by hand and features one-of-a-kind vintage furniture and design pieces, making it the most aesthetic creative backdrop in Berlin and beyond. Each location has a distinct style, taking you on a time-travel experience over 100 years, from 1890 to 1990, sparking your imagination.
